Refactor TradingStats module and update project structure for enhanced modularity.

- Moved TradingStats to a new `src/stats/` directory, refactoring it into multiple specialized components for better maintainability.
- Introduced new modules: DatabaseManager, OrderManager, TradeLifecycleManager, AggregationManager, and PerformanceCalculator.
- Updated import paths throughout the codebase to reflect the new structure.
- Enhanced documentation to outline the new modular architecture and its benefits, including improved testability and reduced complexity.
- Backward compatibility maintained for existing code using TradingStats.
