Updated positions command to retrieve 'roe_percentage' from the database, enhanced SimplePositionTracker and MarketMonitor to extract and utilize ROE from exchange responses, and modified TradeLifecycleManager to accommodate the new data structure. This ensures a unified approach to financial data representation throughout the application.
